Trattoria 51 set to serve a selection of seasonal specials

Trattoria 51 has introduced an assortment of winter warmers to its Specials Menu.

Devised by head chef Gianluigi Sedda, the popular Old Hall Street restaurant and bar will serve a selection of seasonal dishes that have been crafted with the cooler months in mind.

Available during lunch and dinner, the hearty dishes combine authentic Italian flavours with a contemporary twist to appeal to a range of palates.

Gianluigi said: “There’s nothing better than comfort food during the cold winter afternoons and evenings, therefore we have come up with a great range of heart-warming rustic dishes that everyone of all ages will enjoy.

“From rich and fragrant soups, to filling meat variations – all of the specials have been made with only the finest seasonal produce to offer full-flavoured meals.”

Specials include Pasta e Fagioli (pasta and beans soup), Casoeûla (classical winter pork casserole) with Cabbage, Risotto with Pancetta and Butternut Squash, as well as many more.

Gianluigi added: “Whether guests fancy a lunchtime pickup or a post-shopping treat, our new dishes on the Specials Menu will certainly leave our guests feeling satisfied.

“In addition to our seasonal-inspired indulgent dishes, those wanting a truly festive feast can also choose from our trio of Christmas and New Year dining packages. Our yuletide taste extravaganzas will certainly make the perfect accompaniment for celebrations amongst family, friends and co-workers.”

The Specials Menu is available during lunch and dinner. Prices start from £5.95.
