To celebrate the warmer weather, the Old Hall Street eatery will be recreating an authentic Italian dining experience with the help of its outdoor seating setting.
Serving an array of classic Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta and fish, diners can pair their meal with a refreshing cocktail or a glass of fizz from the restaurant’s in-house Prosecco Bar.
General Manager and Co-Owner of Trattoria 51 Toni Karemanaj said: “With the summer weather finally upon us, we wanted to fully utilise our outdoor eating space over the coming months. Following its popularity, the 51 capacity dining area is now a permanent fixture for our city centre venue and allows our guests to enjoy delicious food and sparking drinks whilst soaking up the sun.
“To complement our outdoor dining option we have introduced a range of cocktails that make a perfect accompaniment for a summer’s afternoon or evening. With an extensive range of drinks on the menu from a classic Bellini to a fruity Kir Royale, our cocktails make Trattoria 51 the ideal place to cool down and relax.”
The Prosecco cocktail menu includes a range of sweet and refreshing blends including Summer Time (Strawberry and Peach Liqueur, Raspberry Puree, Sweet and Sour Mix), Apple Bellini, Cosmopolitan Prosecco (Cointreau and Cranberry Juice), Strawberry Rossini, Mojito Prosecco (Rum, Mint and Lime) and Classic Prosecco (Sugar, Angostura Bitters and Brandy) to name just a few.
Toni added: “We are sure that our seasonal additions will go down a treat this summer and we have made sure to offer plenty of variety to guarantee that each of our guests has a memorable dining experience.”
