The chic Allerton venue is offering a special one-off menu for romantic couples who want to celebrate their love for each other – and fine food.
Its award-winning chefs have created a menu that people will be passionate about, with three courses for just £49.95 each, a cocktail on arrival and a bottle of Prosecco or wine per couple.
And each course offers a selection of succulent dishes.
“Our head chefs have created some exquisite dishes, with mouth-watering starters such as oyster tempura, clams and, tiger prawns cooked in a reduction of white wine, lemon and chilli; and main courses like pan-seared duck breast, with leek and potato rosti, baby carrots cooked in a coriander butter and champagne raspberry glaze, and selection of lamb with braised boneless shank, roasted rump and cutlet served with butternut squash puree, tender broccoli and, potatoes, all garnished with a redcurrant port.”
She adds: “The evening will be a very special event, set in Liverpool's most romantic restaurant … this is the ultimate way to show someone how much you care.”
Verdant’s A La Carte Menu will still be available throughout February, so bookings will be taken as normal, before and after Valentine’s Day.
