Blakes Restaurant located within the award winning Hard Days Night Hotel has unveiled its Mother’s Day menu.
On Sunday, March 15, the popular North John Street Beatles-inspired restaurant will treat mums to an exclusive three-course meal, ideal for those wanting to dine in style.
General Manager Mike Dewey said: “Mother’s Day is about spoiling your loved ones and showing them just how much they are appreciated. What better way to do this than with a delicious celebratory meal?
“We will provide great fresh food along with the perfect ambience - a combination that will go a long way for families who wish to spend some quality time together on this special day.”
In a bid to tantalise diner’s taste buds, guests can choose from a selection of starters including their Chicken Liver Parfait with Red onion and Chive Relish and Toasted Brioche; Blakes Potted Seafood with Poached Salmon, Smoked Salmon, Prawns and Crayfish will Dill, Chives and Crème Fraiche and Avocado Salad, as well as and Fresh Vegetable Soup with Fresh Herbs and Pearl Barley.
Main courses includes Slow Roasted Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Pan Gravy, Roasted Potato Fondant and Market Vegetables; Pan Fried Chicken Breast with Shallot and Pancetta Sauce, Butted Fondant Potato, Fresh Vegetables and Spinach, and Smoked Cheshire Cheese and Baby Leek Tart, Rocket, Sun Blushed Tomato and Crisp Potato Salad.
And to top off the mouth-watering menu with something sweet, diners can then choose from Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding with Classic Custard and Vanilla Ice Cream, Glazed Lemon Tart with Raspberry Bon Bon and Sticky Chocolate Brownie with Strawberry Ice Cream.
Blakes Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents. It showcases wall-to-wall original Beatles artwork creating a unique and stylish vibe, which offers the ideal setting for a family meal.
Mike added: “We will provide the essential ingredients needed for the perfect family feast this Mother’s Day to allow leading ladies to truly indulge. As an extra treat, mums will also receive a special gift courtesy of Blakes.”
The Mother’s Day menu is available on Sunday, March 15 and is priced at £32.50 per person.
