Michelangelo’s Restaurant is set to heat up the bank holiday with its exclusive BBQ dining experience.
Located within the Sefton Park Hotel, the popular multi-cuisine eatery will encourage guests to get into the summer spirit, by combining alfresco dining with a traditional back-garden BBQ.
On Monday, August 25, diners will be treated to an array of chargrilled culinary delights, which will include a varied range of classic meat feasts and adventurous appetisers.
Chief Executive Conor O’Donovan said: “With summer in full swing, who can resist a delicious BBQ. In order to give the usual BBQ kings and queens of the family a break, we thought it would be a great idea to provide a public BBQ this bank holiday.
“As well as delivering foodie fun for all members of the family, the BBQ will offer our guests a new dining experience. Our outside eating area will enable customers to revel in the beautiful parkland scenery, whilst they enjoy their flavoursome feast.”
Michelangelo’s Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents alike. The eatery provides a wide selection of rustic gastro dishes from a variety of global cuisines.
Conor added: “We hope that the BBQ will go down a treat with both our hotel guests and local members of the public. Rather than being stuck indoors, we want our customers to be able to make the most out the (hopefully) lovely weather whilst they dine with us.”
The bank holiday BBQ will take place on Monday, August 25 and is weather permitting.
