Hard Days Night Hotel prepares for National Afternoon Tea Week

To celebrate National Afternoon Tea Week, Hard Days Night Hotel is marking the occasion with a series of special tea, tipple and treats packages.

Commencing on Monday, August 11, the award-winning venue will provide guests with a wide variety of mouth-watering mid-day munchies to accompany their tea.

General Manager Mike Dewey said: “National Afternoon Tea Week is the perfect excuse to relax and unwind with tea and nibbles at noon, in addition to celebrating great heritage.”

Guests will be able to choose from several afternoon tea variations including Traditional Afternoon Tea, High Tea, Summer Cooler Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea - most of which consist of finger sandwiches, cakes and scones with clotted cream and preserve, along with a pot of tea and individual specialities.

Mike added: “As a national celebration of one of Britain’s all-time favourite drinks, we are excited to welcome visitors from a local, national and global scale. Our aim is to deliver afternoons filled with sheer joyful indulgence.

“As a result of our diverse array of offerings, we are certain that our jam packed menu will be everyone’s cup of tea.”

The Afternoon Tea menu is available every day in The Lounge. Prices start from £7.95.
