As part of a longstanding affiliation, Carringtons Catering has been named as one of the official food and beverage providers at The Great Hall at Mains.
The Lancashire based venue, which has become a wedding destination of choice, will now work in partnership with the independent catering firm headed by director Helen Wynn and Master Chef of Great Britain Darren Wynn - together with their team of more than 30 staff.
In order to reflect the historic manor’s heritage and grand charm, the expert culinary team will provide a range of specially selected dishes suitable for sit-down meals, wedding breakfasts, canapés and buffets.
Helen said: “We are thrilled to have been appointed as one of the recommended caterers at The Great Hall at Mains. It is such an exquisite venue with so much history behind it so this partnership is very exciting for us. Having become renowned for our diverse wedding catering, it felt only natural to team up with the foremost wedding venue in Lancashire – we feel a great sense of pride to have been selected by such a prestigious site.
“To ensure the longevity of our collaboration, our aim is to provide culinary excellence at its best by offering a range of forward thinking dishes, which perfectly counterbalance the tone and style of each individual wedding and private occasion.“
The Great Hall at Mains is one of the finest ‘Exclusively Yours’ wedding venues in the UK, which was built to replicate an original Banqueting Hall that was housed in the location more than 500 years ago. In addition offering an idyllic wedding space, the venue also frequently plays host to a number of private and corporate events.
Darren said: “We know that a wedding is one of, if not the most important days in a person’s life – with that in mind we always go above and beyond to deliver professional wedding catering that is focused upon individual requirements. Whether it is a wedding or another private occasion, our attention to detail means that we ensure that every last detail is catered for, in order to make a lasting impression.
“Having been appointed as one of the official caterers for such an admired venue, we are very much looking forward to working with the team at The Great Hall at Mains, as they share a similar ethos when it comes to delivering customer excellence and prestige.“
