On Sunday, March 6, the premier entertainment venue will be serving up an indulgent three-course menu featuring modern British dishes with a continental twist, between 1pm-7pm in its exclusive Hogan’s Bistro.
Creator and Founder of Hogan’s of Hale Barry Hogan said: “We are looking forward to raising a toast to Cheshire’s mums, aunts and grans this Mother’s Day. Our creative kitchen team have devised an inventive menu using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients with an indulgent and luxurious twist, guaranteed to add a touch of opulence to family dining.
“With an ideal location in the heart of Hale, Hogan’s Bistro is the perfect place for families to gather together and spend some very important quality time with one another.”
To start, guests can choose from options such as Chicken Liver Parfait with Toasted Brioche and Home-Made Chutney, Gin and Tonic Cured Salmon with Cucumber and Caviar and Halloumi Superfood Salad.
For mains, diners can tuck into dishes including Roast Rib of Beef with Mash and Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Vegetables, Seabass Fillet with Crushed New Potatoes, Asparagus and Sauce Vierge and Porcini Mushroom Ravioli with Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Sauce, Truffle Oil and Gran Moravia.
Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy desserts such as White and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Salted Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream and Selection of British Cheeses.
Barry added: “Due to our versatile space within Hogan’s Bistro we can cater to all, from smaller more intimate parties to larger occasions for those who want to get the whole family together to celebrate, we’ve certainly got something for everybody.
“For those looking to make a weekend of it, we will even be hosting all-singing all-dancing entertainment on Saturday night in the form of Funk Soul Family, who will take to the Hogan’s Live stage in a bid to add rhythm and soul to the celebrations.
