Located in the heart of Hale, the premier Cheshire entertainment venue has introduced a new A La Carte menu featuring a unique selection of modern British dishes with a hint of continental cuisine.

To perfectly accompany the newest Hogan’s Bistro offering, guests can enjoy an impressive 50% off their food bill throughout the month.

Creator and Founder of Hogan’s of Hale Barry Hogan said: “We are thrilled to unveil our newest A La Carte menu, which was devised using locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. As the January blues are such a common occurrence, we wanted to create an offering that left both the bellies and the wallets of our visitors feeling content.

“With an ideal location in the heart of Hale, Hogan’s Bistro is the perfect setting for romantic evenings, family occasions or simply some fun with friends. For those who are planning a bigger celebration, we can even offer exclusive use of our booths and high tables, upper mezzanine level or even the whole venue, catering for parties between 50-300 guests.”

To begin their meal, diners can choose from starters such as Pepper Beef Fillet Carpaccio with Summer Truffle and Pickled Shimeji, Crispy Squid with Chilli and Lemon or Summer Greens Risotto with Herb Cream.

Main course options include 10oz Rib Eye Steak with Hand Cut Chips and Vine Tomatoes, Sea Bass Fillet with Ratatouille and Gazpacho Sauce and Grilled Halloumi Superfood Salad. Diners with a sweet tooth can then tuck into an indulgent dessert menu, which includes delights such as Amoretti Roast Peach, Vanilla Cheesecake and Selection of British Cheeses.

Barry added: “Aside from our eclectic new A La Carte menu, we are also offering an all-day Sunday Lunch, whereby we will be putting a contemporary twist on traditional roast dinners. We are looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces to our venue in 2016.”

Hogan’s Bistro is open Thursday-Sunday. The January 50% off offer is not available on Saturdays. Maximum party of six. Booking online is required.
