Ideal for gym bunnies and the general public alike, the quirky eatery is serving up a flavoursome range of Protein Boost shakes boasting a number of notable health benefits.

Each shake is made with low fat milk, low fat yoghurt and vanilla protein powder and is packed with vitamins A, B and C alongside potassium, iron, calcium and beneficial antioxidants.

Director of Archie’s Imran Rafiq said: “With January underway, many of our customers are looking for ways to improve their health or to lose weight in line with New Year’s resolutions. There are certainly a number of great reasons to up your protein intake, and our tasty Protein Boost shakes offer an easy and efficient way to do so.

“Due to our locations in the centre of Manchester and Liverpool, we are situated in close proximity to many local gyms such as Ben Dunne Gym Manchester, Bannatyne Health Club Manchester, Pure Gym Liverpool and The Gym Liverpool ONE, making us the perfect pit-stop following a work-out or fitness class. The ingredients in the shakes are designed to assist muscle growth after an exercise session, and replacing meals with a shake is a proven way to minimise calorie intake, which in turn will help contribute to weight loss.”

Archie’s also offers delicious fruit smoothies, each made with fresh fruit that is delivered to the sites daily. The smoothies are made with 99% fat-free yoghurt and are available in a variety of flavours including Archie’s Paradise, Mango Mayhem and Tropical Twist.

Imran added: “All of our fruit smoothies feature an imaginative concoction of mouth-watering flavours, proving that healthy eating certainly doesn’t have to be boring or a chore.

“Although Archie’s is renowned for its often indulgent foodie offerings, it’s great to be able to provide our more health conscious customers a low-calorie product with the same great taste. We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces through our doors in 2016.”
